Gabe & Gabe "Highschool reunion" : THE CREW

During the reuinon we got to visit the old school building. We had to break into some areas, but for this class, that was no problem. Aparently it's now a school for difficult children. I say that nothing much has changed really. So here is a ode to the old school crew. The stunts we pulled will be remembered forever.

    When shooting it did you make sure you got closeups of all those people?

  • It was one shot, getting a total, then quickly zooming in for closeups. It pays to be the director, editor, and camera man. It's a technique that Robert Rodrequiez used a lot in "El Mariachi". The whole shot lasts about 30 sec. but by slowing it down and cutting it up, it seems like more.
