It seems so simple really. Just take 1% of a budget and spend it on the poor, in need, and solve more problems than in the last 10 years. But who gets what money? Greenpeace? Red Cross? Amnesty International? I'd like to point you to www.one.org. Go read what they are doing. They don't want your money, but they want your voice.
