Apple adds Youtube on Apple TV
I didn't see this one coming. Apparently apple has added support for Youtube videos on apple TV. which says to me technically they've just allowed for Flash video on Apple tv. Which says further to me that adding Metacafe or Veoh films is only a hack away. could this mean that Flash video is going to take over as the dominant file system for video podcasting rather than Mpeg-4? I wonder.

Hey Gabe, they are using H.264 for the YouTube content... they are converting video's to this format, so no Flash for YouTube on AppleTV :-)

That is interesting. Are they doing conversion of all the videos? Man that is very interesting if they are doing that.
