Thai Cops have it real rough!

Apparently Thailand has a new punishment for Bad Cops. Ohh the horror! All cops who are caught littering, being late, parking illegally, taking bribes, etc. are foorced to where Hello Kitty armbands. The cuteness factor is so demaeining that the Police Corps think it will work.

Just think if they did this in New York. I see it now. "New York Cop kills 2 homosexuals and is forced to where a spongebob hat for 2 months." ;-)
